Unlimited Power

Tubular Baverters
In general terms, Battery may refer to electrochemical cells which are used to produce electricity. These batteries are designed as low-maintenance lead-acid rechargeable batteries. Batteries have a pressure relief valve which gets activated when the battery is recharged at high voltage. The battery can be mounted in any position, since the valves only operate on over pressure faults. As the battery system is designed to be recombinant and eliminate the emission of the gases on overcharge, room ventilation requirements are reduced and no acid fume is emitted during normal operation. Many high power batteries are also used in safety critical applications or for providing emergency power. The overriding designed goal is that they should be able to deliver their specified power whenever they are called upon to do so. The widespread use of batteries has created many environmental concerns, such as toxic metal pollution. Manufacturing of batteries consumes resources and also involves hazardous chemicals. Used batteries also contribute to electronic waste. Some areas now have battery recycling services available to recover some of the materials from used batteries inspite of these eco-friendly batteries are also available in the market. There are various kinds of batteries available in the market related to UPS systems, inverters, tubular baverters, led based solar street light and many more.

Cells VRLA Batteries (valve-regulated lead-acid battery) are also known as low-maintenance lead-acid rechargeable batteries. VRLA batteries do not require regular addition of water to the cells. These batteries are often colloquially called sealed lead-acid batteries, but they always include a safety pressure relief valve. These are really “recombinant” batteries, which mean that the oxygen evolved at the positive plates will largely recombine with the hydrogen ready to evolve on the negative plates, creating water and so preventing water loss. The use of flexible connectors and the ability to be installed both vertically & horizontally allows for multiple installation possibilities.

Rocket Tubular Batteries are extremely strong and can be stored in charged condition, for a very long time without getting discharged. All the batteries similar to the Rocket Tubular Batteries will have a uniform internal resistance. Large numbers can be connected in series or parallel without any danger of misbalance within the battery bank.

Sealed Calcium Batteries are generally too big and heavy and they suffer from a shorter cycle life and typical usable power down. Sealed Calcium Batteries are composed of a Lead-dioxide cathode, a sponge metallic Lead anode and a Sulphuric acid solution electrolyte. Sealed Calcium batteries give high starting current for short duration. Sealed Calcium Batteries are extensively used for automotive application. However these batteries can be used for UPS application also. Sealed Calcium Batteries are features with Low - Resistance Envelope Separators, Centered Cast-on Plate Straps, Heat Sealed Covers, Flame Arrester, Wrought Lead-Calcium Grids and many more.
