Drills make for a very important and very widely used tool equipment. The crawler drills are also used extensively in mining and in quarry.
The crawler drills are mostly used for drilling surfaces or in drilling tunneling tasks. Another type of drill used popularly are the hydraulic drills. The hydraulic drills are used extensively for construction purpose and for building roads. Another application of the hydraulic drills is when wells are being dug for the purpose of development of water supply. Apart from these, the hydraulic drills find use in many construction applications. A hydraulic drill is almost always mounted on crawlers. The machine is self contained and has a variable drilling range.
